Important Event Guidelines
This is a community event, and our goal is to show our gratitude and appreciation to as many members of the community we serve as possible. To ensure that we can help as many families as possible, we ask everyone to please respect the following guidelines:
1. PLEASE REGISTER ONLY ONCE.
Multiple registrations across both locations are not permitted. Duplicate registrations will be removed after review.
2. ONE TURKEY PER REGISTRATION.
You may only pick up one turkey per confirmed household registration.
3. ONLY REGISTER IF YOU CAN ATTEND YOUR PICKUP TIME.
Please arrive during your designated time slot. If you do not arrive during your scheduled window, your turkey may be released to another family.
4. BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION TEXT.
Please be prepared to show your confirmation text message or QR code, and state the name used when registering.
5. PLEASE BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL TO OUR STAFF.
Our team works hard to organize this event as a way of giving back. We ask everyone to treat our staff and volunteers with kindness and patience.
Walk-In Availability Notice
A limited number of turkeys will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for community members unable to register in advance. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage advance registration.
